This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come. God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made him head over all things for the benefit of the church. COMMUNICATE

FOR DAUGHTERS OF THE KING / through prayer and service

 

No matter what is happening in our lives, through prayer we can retreat into a beautiful sanctuary with our Lord.  We can sit silently or cry or voice our questions or rejoice for “surely I am with you always,” Jesus promised, “to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:20

We may beg to see our prayers answered or wrestle when our prayer requests are denied – but both eventually give way to trust in God. The Bible urges us to pray without ceasing and in full confidence that nothing, even doubt, can separate us from the love of God.

The Spirit takes our words or our moments of silence, intercedes and refines them according to the will of God, and offers them as fragrant incense rising from golden bowls to Jesus who is seated and also always interceding for us on the throne to the right of the Father.

Care for Children of God

CARE

FOR CHILDREN OF GOD / with a spiritual primer and the convergence of precepts

 

Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.”  Proverbs 22:6
Our children are our life’s work.  There is no higher height to which humanity can attain than that occupied by a converted, heaven-inspired, praying father.  And a mother is a chalice, the vessel without which no human being has ever been born…What an unspeakable privilege – a vessel divinely prepared for the Master’s use.

The process of shaping a child shapes a parent as well.  Reverence for their sacred responsibility calls them to all that is pure and good, that they may teach primarily by their own humble, daily example.  Both father and mother do work no one will notice or thank them for – no one, except Him to whom it is offered as a daily sacrifice of love.
